surely you can just put a new rubberband inside him? It would be fiddly, but if you had the patience and some tools...

Agreed with anonymous, you should be able to give Storm Shadow a new rubberband and he'll be ready to fight again.

second the new rubberband idea. buy a cheapy gi joe, and then unscrew in the middle of the back to get the rubber band out. you'll have to hook the rubber band down through the pelvis piece and then re-assemble the chest/arm/head pieces around the new band. didn't you ever make hybrid gi-joes when you were younger?
